It is Aranea’s strong belief that sound project management is achieved by a complex combination and integration of knowledge, personality traits, skills and experience in various fields. Aranea has drawn up its own project management model that we use as a point of departure for establishing embedded integral project management within our clients’ organizations. The basis of Aranea’s project management model states that achieving project success and business aims is only possible by meticulously taking care of three adjacent aspects, namely ‘composition’, ‘competences’ and ‘context’.

Derived from our longstanding experience with project management, the model illustrates per aspect which topics are important to address for embedding integrated project management within every kind of organization. The model is based on Aranea’s adagio that project management should be considered the dominant business process in the next decade for organizations that strive for competitive advantages or cost effective operations.
