Aranea’s employees all are enthusiastic and passionate professionals who have only one aim in mind: to be at the service of their clients as well as possible. However, this does not mean to say that they by definition always do what their client tells them: ‘stubbornness’ is a predicate that applies to most of our colleagues. The greatest common denominators that apply, besides enthusiasm and passion, are pragmatism, purposiveness, customer intimacy and collegiality. Almost all employees at Aranea have a degree in higher vocational education or a university degree.

Many of our consultants are considered on the market as genuine ‘thought leaders’ in their specialist field. They are popular speakers at conferences and symposia and frequently invited authors and columnists for national and international journals and magazines. Moreover, a number of our consultants are teachers at colleges of higher professional education and universities at home and abroad.
