In order to guarantee the decisiveness and flexibility of our organisation, we have decided to organise ourselves as a real network organisation. Managed by very experienced and expert professionals our colleagues work together with their ‘colleagues’ on the basis of so-called ‘Business Streams’. A Business Stream has been organised for each IT domain in which Aranea is active.

The Business Streams are responsible for developing, designing and the continued development of Aranea’s ideas regarding the IT domain in question. Sharing and guaranteeing knowledge are important aspects that are offered within a Business Stream. In addition, initiatives are developed from the Business Stream, such as organising Compact Update Sessions and writing Strategic White Papers.

Our consultants are affiliated with at least one Stream, their so-called ‘Core Stream’, but are also encouraged to be active in other Streams. The mutual coordination and cooperation between the Streams is responsible for the umbrella integral ideas regarding the four IT domains. Specifically appointed ‘Trend Watchers’ see to it that the branch and business knowledge is kept up to date.
